Spray guns and high-pressure guns

There are many different spray guns. The spray gun you choose should match the working pressure and water output of your cleaning machine. In our range we have: low-pressure spray guns, high-pressure spray guns, fingertip spray guns and anti-thaw spray guns. Also important when choosing a spray gun is the lance and hose connection. If these differ from the coupling of the lance or hose, you will need an adapter. More information

High-pressure pistols with swivel

A "swivel" (or rotary joint) is a component that allows the high-pressure gun and the high-pressure hose to rotate freely from each other. This is useful when manoeuvring the gun during cleaning and especially when moving around objects. A swivel at the inlet of the high-pressure gun prevents the hose from curling up and makes it easier to handle.

Ergonomic working by fingertip

When cleaning for long periods at a time, it is nice that the high-pressure gun is equipped with a fingertip. This means that the squeeze lever of the gun can already be pressed with minimal effort. Operating a fingertip gun therefore requires considerably less force and there is less strain on the hand and forearm.

Antifreeze spray guns

An anti-freeze spray gun has a small water passage when the high-pressure system is not in operation. This reduces the risk of freezing and frost damage and to the gun. To prevent frost damage altogether, we recommend blowing through the aquifers exposed to frost with compressed air.

Important when choosing a high-pressure gun

Important when choosing the right high-pressure gun are the working pressure of the high-pressure system, the water yield of the high-pressure system and the connections to the lance and hose.

Tune the working pressure to the cleaning machine

When choosing a high-pressure gun, check whether the gun can handle the maximum pressure of the high-pressure system. The maximum pressure of the installation should not exceed the maximum pressure of the high-pressure gun.

Choose the right passage

A spray gun has a maximum water passage due to its design. Take this maximum water passage into account when choosing a spray gun. The maximum water output of the high-pressure system where the spray gun will be used should not exceed the maximum water passage of the high-pressure gun. If it does then you may not be using the maximum capacity of the high-pressure installation.

Keep in mind the connections

High-pressure guns are available with various connections. A common connection at the inlet (bottom side) of the high-pressure gun is a 3/8" female thread. A common connection at the exit (lance side) of the gun is a 1/4" female thread. In situations where you often need to change hoses or spray lances, the gun is often fitted with a quick coupling or screw coupling.
