Dosing pumps, foam injectors and chemistry injectors

Where accurate dosing of chemicals, detergents, and other liquids such as lime binder are important, injectors and metering pumps are used. These systems are designed to add the right amount of a particular agent. In cleaning, this is applied to add chemicals or a foaming agent to the pressure washer. But also to add lime binder to the water to prevent or minimise the deposition of lime in the coil of a heating burner. More information

Dosing pumps for adding lime binder

Through a lime binder dosing pump, it is possible to add a small amount of lime binder to the water. Adding lime binder is good for preserving the water-carrying parts and especially the heating coil in a hot water pressure washer. This significantly extends the life of the hot water pressure washer and can prevent leakage from the coil and other water-carrying parts.

Cut cleaning time by foaming agent or chemistry

For a pressure washer, there are injectors available for co-dosing chemicals or a foaming agent. With these agents, you can significantly reduce the cleaning time of an object, workshop or vehicle to be cleaned. But what is the difference between adding chemicals and foam? We are happy to explain.

Foam injectors for adding foaming agent

Creating a thick layer of foam, for example for washing cars, agricultural vehicles or workshops, requires a high-pressure system combined with a foam injector, foam lance and foaming agent. This together, properly coordinated, creates a thick layer of foam which removes contamination from the object.

Chemistry injectors for adding chemicals

The co-dosing of chemicals requires a high-pressure system, double spray lance and cleaning agent. The double spray lance is fitted with a low-pressure nozzle. Opening it, by turning the handle of the double lance" creates a pressure drop at the nozzle. This creates a "venturi" effect and so the chemical injector sucks in the cleaning agent. This way, you can soak the object or vehicle to be cleaned first. By closing the low-pressure nozzle at the spray lance again, you can then spray off the object or vehicle with high pressure.
