Suitable for high-pressure piping systems

Our cutting ring couplings are suitable for connecting high-pressure piping systems. We have different types of couplings such as, knee couplings, end couplings, tees and reducer couplings.

Fitted in zinc nickel-plated steel or stainless steel

Our cutting ring couplings are available in two different versions. Which type of materials you end up choosing depends mainly on the environment where the pipework will eventually be mounted.

Zinc nickel-plated steel cutting ring couplings

Zinc nickel plating is a technique that achieves corrosion protection of at least 1,000 hours NSS (no red rust) with a very thin layer of only 5 μm. Zinc nickel-plated fittings are often used in combination with galvanised pipe and are well suited for use in buildings, stables, workshops and industry.

RVS cutting ring couplings are commonly used in combination with stainless steel high-pressure piping. These couplings are stainless and are often used in environments where they are frequently exposed to weather influences and chlorine vapours. Stainless steel is therefore especially suitable for use in, for example, swimming pools (in connection with chlorine vapours), the food industry and applications where the pipework is exposed to additional weather influences, such as outdoor washing areas.
