High-pressure system with multiple drain points

With a piping system, it is possible to create multiple tapping points, making it easy to connect a high-pressure hose to the places that need cleaning. In combination with a stationary high-pressure cleaner, we can supply and install a complete high-pressure system in stables, food industry, swimming pools, factories, washing areas, etc.

Mounting instruction of stainless steel high pressure pipe

When constructing a stainless steel high-pressure piping system using stainless steel cutting ring couplings, you should note that the cutting ring couplings should not, initially, be mounted directly on the piping. For correct assembly, the cutting ring couplings must, according to procedure, first be pre-assembled using a hardened steel pre-assembly nipple. Various diameters and materials

In our range we have various diameters of high-pressure hose. Important when choosing the right diameter is the maximum passage, the water yield of the pressure washer and the flow speed. For very long lengths, pressure loss should also be taken into account.

Diameter high-pressure pipe

Many common diameters of high-pressure pipe are the 15mm and 22mm. We can usually supply this pipe and corresponding cutting ring couplings from stock. Some applications require a smaller or larger diameter high-pressure pipe. We supply high-pressure pipe in the following diameters:

  • 28mm

Material high-pressure pipe

We supply high-pressure piping is stainless steel and galvanised steel. As high-pressure pipes are permanently mounted and are often in operation for long periods of time, we supply only the best possible materials for them. Our high-pressure pipes can withstand pressures of up to 280 bar (depending on diameter, temperature and material). We supply high-pressure pipes in lengths of 6 metres.
