Warranty or return?

When you want to return goods, you should also send the goods return form. If you wish to return goods for a Warranty request please complete the warranty form. Please send the items to our warehouse:

Warranty request

Would you like to return goods due to a warranty claim? To process this, please fill in the warranty form and send it to us. We will then contact you to discuss the further procedure of the guarantee request with you.

Returning goods

If you ordered something wrong or too much, no problem. We simply take back common items, provided they are unused and can be sold as new. The only condition is that they must be presented to us as returns within 30 days of ordering them. Items ordered especially for you, used items or damaged items cannot be returned.
